Hey Friends! 🎤
Time for a real "working on" update, because you asked (and I love sharing):
Jut got back from my autumn speaking tour where I spoke & visited in 7 countries: Belgian, Canada, United stated, Estonia, United Kingdom, Finland and Austria.
It was exhausting to say the least, bringing me to the decision to only take super impactful speaking engagement next years (Pais, high impact, illness friendly) and to prioritize my health and family. I am working on several things while recovering
Just wrapped up a deep article about speaking professionally while dancing with chronic illness - you know, that delicate balance of loving the stage while your body has its own opinion about it. It's part of my upcoming book "Chronically Speaking" (working title, but I kinda like it).
Speaking of the book - it's my raw, unfiltered take on life with chronic illness and how these insights could revolutionize healthcare. Setting myself a New Year's 25' deadline because, well, procrastination is real and deadlines are my best friend 😅
Quick brag moment: My public speaking masterclass hit 14k learners! Just updated and republished it on Udemy. For my newsletter family - grab it for 9.99€ instead of 59€. Consider it my virtual hug of gratitude.
Big dreams ahead: Working on something that might shake up medical education. It's built on everything I've learned from my books and field work. If you know healthcare professionals who want to be part of the change, I've got an application form with their name on it.
And yes, there's another startup in the works - a new human in the Shternin-Martini family (Status: Under Construction 👶)
Real talk: Take care of your health. It's not just another feel-good phrase - it's literally all you've got.
Drop me a line - let me know how you're doing. I mean it.
Much love,
Roi

Taking care of my health to me is prioritising my health above all else.
It’s not that I didn’t have full responsibility for keeping a roof over my head and food on the table as a top priority to go with it, it’s just that for the past 6.5 years, my health came in first above it and that a close 2nd.
This really has defined all tough decisions made and put what really matters front and centre.
