Alright, alright, so here's the deal. I'm drowning in a sea of health advice. Keto? Vegan? Sleep trackers? Lavender oil diffusers before bed? It's enough to make your head spin.
Here's the thing I know deep down - this whole thing hinges on my mentality. If I don't deal with the whole "grieving the illness" thing and those pesky limiting beliefs whispering negativity in my ear, I'll be right back at square one faster than you can say "comfort shoes" (seriously, that was the next rabbit hole I almost dove down).
So, I'm taking a different approach this week. Forget the latest health hacks, I'm on a mission to drag those limiting beliefs out of the shadows. It might not be as flashy as researching the perfect pair of walking sandals, but hey, gotta build a strong foundation first, right? Let's get digging!
