So I had a choice to make. Hundreds of threads to pull, and yet I knew each one would tighten the knot on another.
Do I start with my nutrition? Keto? Vegan? Low carb?
Do I improve my sleep? Tracking? Pre-sleep aromas?
Do I practice mindfulness? Yoga? Meditation?
Go more spiritual?
I have literally encountered more than a hundred ways to go here.
Problem is, at the end of the day, it's mostly (if not all) in your head.
If I don't improve my mindset, deal with the grief of illness, and say goodbye to it while confronting limiting beliefs, I would go back to the starting point really soon.
You have to start with a paradoxical approach.
You first need to acknowledge your illness, problem, or obstacle.
Then you need to understand how it serves you (yes, illness serves you, and a lot).
And only then - learn how to say goodbye to it so you can find your way out.
This week, I am all about understanding my limiting beliefs (despite the internal drive to go the easy route and read about comfort shoes to improve your health).
Let's dive in.
