I spent years lost in a healthcare system that couldn't name what was wrong with me. I found my way out, and this is where I write about what that actually took.

I'm a patient advocate, speaker, and author working to make healthcare more honest about what patients actually need. Not through slogans. Through the specific, unglamorous work of listening.

Patients deserve to be heard. Providers deserve a system that lets them actually connect with the people in front of them. Both of those are true at once, and most of what I write here is about closing the gap between them.
