The work

Fifteen-plus ventures. AI for health and life sciences. Twenty years of trying to close one specific gap.

This page is the portfolio. It's not exhaustive — some of the advisory work and the research collaborations live under NDA and don't appear here. But this is most of what's been built.

Organisations I've founded

Spooniversity

Active, 2026.

A learning platform for chronically ill people. Built on the principle that energy is currency and every interface decision is an accessibility decision. Currently on LearnWorlds, with custom differentiators (Flare Mode, AI Bedside Companion) in development.

Dysautonomia Israel

Founded 2014.

The first organisation in Israel for people with dysautonomia. Built because there was nothing.

The Patient School

Active.

Education infrastructure for patients learning to navigate the system that has dismissed them.

Independent media for chronic illness. Built because most illness media is optimised for uplift and resolution, and that's not what living inside chronic illness sounds like.

Spoons.world

In development.

A database of what actually works for people with chronic illness — crowdsourced from the community, not a search engine guessing at relevance.

A coding community for bed-bound and homebound patients. You learn, you build solutions together, you get hired.

Regul8

In development.

A brain retraining app for POTS and ME/CFS.

Medinformics

Active.

A health informatics training platform for healthcare professionals.

Research and policy

Dell Technologies Precision Ambassador — AI for Health & Life Sciences, 2025–2026.

One of two health voices among 24 global ambassadors, selected for work at the intersection of AI and patient experience. Building a "PED Pattern Intelligence Agent" — a local-inference AI agent that reads patient experience data on-device — a working demonstration of what's possible in health and life sciences without sending sensitive health data to the cloud.

Ludwig Boltzmann Institute — Patient in Residence.

First Patient in Residence ever appointed at the institute. Working at the intersection of research, patient experience, and institutional change.

Teaching

IMC Krems University.

Advisory board member and lecturer in patient communication. Working with the next generation of healthcare professionals on the specific anatomy of being heard.

MA in International Health and Social Management, MCI Innsbruck — 2024.

My own training in the systems I'd previously only experienced as a patient.

30,000+ professionals, patients, and audiences across 27 countries.

Pharma medical affairs teams. Hospital systems. Medical schools. Patient organisations. The teaching surface is bigger than the speaking surface.

Books

Eight, listed in full on the books page. All making one argument from different angles.

Speaking

What I'm not putting on this page

A lot of the advisory work. Pharma engagements that are still under NDA. Conversations with founders that aren't mine to publish. Patient testimony that belongs to the patients.

If you want to know whether I've worked on something specific to your situation, email me and ask.
