The desert of chronic illness is vast and unforgiving. We navigate its sands, consumed by the relentless thirst for survival – symptom management, doctor visits, and the constant battle against limitations. Yet, in this desperate quest, a crucial truth is often lost: neglecting wellness is a price too high to pay.
