What I'm doing
right now.

Building

Spooniversity — the learning platform built for people with chronic illness. Short lessons for crash days. Progress that doesn't punish you for disappearing. Seven tracks. Now live. Also building Bedcoders (health informatics from the inside), Regul8, and the Soft Reset Lab — launching as a YouTube channel.

Writing

Working on a book I can't fully describe yet. It's about what constraint-based thinking actually looks like from the inside — not the inspirational version, the real one. Letters to my daughter are part of it.

Speaking

Taking selective keynote bookings for 2026. Focused on healthcare AI, patient experience, invisible disability in the workplace, and what the chronic illness community actually needs from health systems. If you're building a program that needs this perspective, .

Health

Managing POTS as a daily variable, not an obstacle. Some weeks are high-capacity, some aren't. I plan around the bad days and build systems that work when my body doesn't cooperate. It's the same logic I apply to everything.

Also doing

Working on my own healing. Not as a side note — as a project. POTS, ME/CFS, and the rest of it don't go away when you're busy. I'm learning that rest is infrastructure, not failure. It's slow work. It matters.

This is a now page. It's a snapshot of what I'm focused on at this point in time — not a full bio, not a press kit.
